Who will arrive to do the work?

Our service representatives arrive on time, in a clearly marked Hands for Hire vehicle. We value your time, so punctuality and customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Will I need to have the materials on hand in order for Hands for Hire's service representatives to do the job?

Simply stated, no. We stock many common items so they are readily available for the completion of jobs. For materials that we do not carry, we offer several options:
1. You can purchase materials before the job,
eliminating the time our service
representative takes to complete the repair, saving money for you
2. Pick up the needed materials either while your representative is working at
your home or business location. Or you can accompany the representative to
the store and purchase the materials yourself.
3. Our representative can purchase materials for you; the cost being added to
your total at the completion of the project.
Note: Additional fees are not charged for offsite purchasing, just our standard hourly rate in addition to cost of materials.

What type of guarantee do you offer?

All of our work is satisfaction guaranteed! At Hands for Hire we strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction the first time. If you are not happy with the results, we will work with you until you are satisfied.

Will I be covered if something happens?

Hands for Hire is fully insured with Commercial General Liability, ensuring our clients are fully protected.

How do you charge?

Hands for Hire charges by the hour, this keeps our cost affordable. The only additional charges you pay are for parts and materials.

Can I get an estimate for my job?

At Hands for Hire, we can give you a rough estimate over the phone. Once our service representative arrives at the job, they will go over the work to be done with you, giving you a more accurate estimate of the cost. Representatives will also keep you updated throughout the duration of the project.

How do I pay?

You may pay by check or cash. Charges are itemized and the total is due at the completion of the work
